369 Community Guidelines

version 1.0in force since

369 is for training and posting what you train. These guidelines exist so it is a safe place for everyone. They are part of the Terms of Use. 369 has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for anyone who abuses other people.

1. What is not allowed

Harassment and bullying. Do not insult, threaten, humiliate or stalk anyone, in comments or in posts. Do not create accounts to bother someone who blocked you.

Hate. Do not attack anyone for their origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, illness or appearance.

Nudity and sexual content. Do not post nudity, sexual acts or explicit sexual content.

Violence. Do not post threats, graphic violence, or content that encourages harming yourself or others.

Spam and scams. Do not post unsolicited advertising, misleading links or chain messages, or try to sell things or ask for money through deception.

Impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, brand or organization, or use a username, name or photo to mislead.

Other people's data and traces. Do not post another person's email, phone number, address, location or route without their permission. Do not post a trace that shows where someone lives.

Cheating on metrics. Do not fake activities, distances or times: for example, recording in a vehicle and posting it as a run, or declaring in a competition a time you did not do.

Minors. Any sexual, exploitative or abusive content involving minors is forbidden, without exception. We delete it, close the account at once and report it to the authorities.

Dangerous challenges. Do not promote challenges or practices that put health or life at risk, such as training until you get injured, running on highways or entering restricted places.

Illegal activities. Do not post content that promotes crimes or the sale of drugs, weapons or other prohibited goods.

Other people's rights. Do not post photos, videos or music that are not yours and that you have no permission for.

2. How to report and block

Report a profile: on the account's profile, tap the ⋯ menu › report.

Report a post: on the post, open its menu › report.

Report a comment: on the comment, tap report.

When you report, you choose a reason: spam, harassment, impersonating somebody, inappropriate content or something else. You can add detail. The reported person does not know who reported them.

Block an account: on their profile, tap the ⋯ menu › block. When you block:

  • That account cannot see your profile or open your posts, and theirs disappear from your explore.
  • Follows between the two accounts and any pending requests are cut. Unblocking does not bring them back.
  • We do not tell them. To that account, your profile "isn't available".
  • We get an alert, so we can review the account.

The accounts you blocked are in Settings › profile › blocked accounts. You can unblock them from there.

If someone is in danger, call emergency services first (105 for the Peruvian National Police).

3. What happens after a report

  1. The report reaches our team. A single report does not sanction anyone.
  2. If three different people report the same post, comment or activity, it is hidden automatically and provisionally until we review it. Hiding is not a sanction: if the review finds it does not break the rules, it is visible again. One person reporting several times counts as one.
  3. A person on our team reviews the case within 24 hours. They decide whether to uphold or dismiss it.
  4. If upheld, the content is removed and the account that posted it gets points according to the severity.
  5. If dismissed, the content is visible again if it was hidden.

A reported profile is never hidden automatically: a person always reviews it.

4. Sanctions

Each confirmed violation adds points according to its severity. Points expire over time:

SeverityPointsExpire after
Minor190 days
Moderate3180 days
Severe6365 days
Critical—Never: the account is closed at once

Depending on your current points, your account moves to a level:

LevelFromWhat it means
Warning3 pointsWe reviewed something you posted and it does not follow the rules. Nothing is restricted yet.
Limited account6 pointsYou cannot post, upload activities or comment for 7 days.
Suspended account10 pointsYou cannot post, upload activities or comment for 30 days.
Closed account15 points, or one critical violationThe account can no longer post or comment, with no end date. We may also delete it.

When a limitation or suspension period ends, you can post and comment again, even if you still have points. The points that are still current make the next violation weigh more.

You can see your level and how long it lasts in Settings › account › account status.

5. How to appeal

If you think a sanction or a removed piece of content is a mistake:

  1. Write to hola@369app.lat from your account's email.
  2. Include your username, which content or sanction you want us to review, and why.
  3. We review the case again and answer within 10 business days.

If the review proves you right, we restore the content and remove the points.

These guidelines are also published in Spanish. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Current version: 1.0, effective from 23 October 2026.
